Very dissatisfied with the customer and and opinionated representative that was working with me. I called several times and did not get a response back for several weeks. I ask about a particular property and they raised the suggested monthly cost on me and my family for some biase reasons.. I would not recommend them if u are a person of color.

IN ALL MY 57 YEARS OF LIFE have I experienced such racist unacceptable unprofessional unethical behavior such as that by Elizabeth A. Downes of Heirloom Realty International. My friend which is a YOUNG African American that owns the lot next to a lot Ms Downes is trying to sell. Ms Downes has called the cops on the owner, she has called in bogus complaints on the owner very shocking from someone of her profession. Her actions reflects on what her Broker puts up with. So sad. This is not 1924 ....IT'S 2024.
BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE Paid for an application fee on a rental that turns out was not available. Now I am told that I can't get a refund on the fee. That is an unethical business practice.
