We had Cam as our server for our first time dining in. We will always request Cam from here on out. His service was outstanding, he explained everything in a professional manner and knows how to give input in a respectful way.
I don’t understand the hype about this restaurant. We did not have a reservation so I told the hostess we would hang out in the bar until a table became available. She asked if we had a reservation for the bar!?? I have NEVER been asked that before. Perhaps we didn’t look the part for the bar. Cam was our waiter and he was so nice. He gave us recommendations for our dinner. He went above and beyond to make sure we were OK. He was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place.
Warning: 3% added to your bill to cover the credit card charge. And this will be noticeable bc of their prices I was not warned and more than a little irritated that they have the customer absorb this (and really, unfair that I pay 3% when their net fees are likely lower due to rebates!!) We had such a nice evening at Heirloom for our anniversary. It was our first time visiting and we will definitely be back. Beautiful restaurant, great atmosphere, great cocktails, friendly and knowledgeable service (Cameron told us so much about where the produce/ingredients came from), not to mention delicious food.
