Clean, well run condo
Animal owners feel like they own the whole of 60 and 61 Heintzman. Their animals are running on the loose without leash, barking, drying themselves in common areas and what not. The owners also let them relieve themselves everywhere really. The management REALLY needs to pay attention to this!
Dog owners in this building are disgusting they use the building like a dog park and leave dog shit everywhere. They use the common areas like a toilet. Dogs barking at all hours, property mangers turn a blind eye to this and nothing is done.
Nice place for new families, beautiful outdoor area, and generally a quiet building. Only real complaint is that there is only ever one security guard working between two buildings which makes picking up parcels nearly impossible during the week if you have a 9-5 type job.
