Overall, this is a great building to live in with an amazing management. The management team is very responsive, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. The concierge staff is super lovely. There is a very family-oriented atmosphere in the building. Everything is well maintained especially the parking lots. The only major concern is pet ownership rules not being properly followed by some residents. Construction at the front of the building soon to hide all sun from the south and all view. Upcoming construction at the back of the building will sandwich it completely not to mention the dust and noise that are and will be the norm for years to come.
Clean, well run condo
Animal owners feel like they own the whole of 60 and 61 Heintzman. Their animals are running on the loose without leash, barking, drying themselves in common areas and what not. The owners also let them relieve themselves everywhere really. The management REALLY needs to pay attention to this!
Dog owners in this building are disgusting they use the building like a dog park and leave dog shit everywhere. They use the common areas like a toilet. Dogs barking at all hours, property mangers turn a blind eye to this and nothing is done.
