Customer for 2 seasons. Service was ok. Didn’t like the fact I had to have a card on file and then be charged 3% to use it. Deliveries were mostly on time. When I switched to another company my lawn was damaged during pick up. Sent emails and they were given to management on that same day according to office staff. 3 weeks later, I have made 4 follow up calls and no attempt by management to contact me.
1) have been charged for other customers deliveries 2) was on keep fill, but had to call for deliveries all the time anyway...so 3) went to “will call” and “called” on 10/11/19 for a fill and....nada. Maybe 2 weeks after a call is acceptable? If I have to call again, it’s going to be another company.
switched to support local business in Beaverton. Was not impressed with customer service.
People there’s a rant on FB by a disgruntled customer there is two sides of every story. Heinz has always served us well. This man is upset because they took their tank back after he didn’t use any propane during the contract period. Heinz treats their customers with respect. This man clearly didn’t read his contract. I no longer live in the Heinz area or I would still have them.

This business is the most understanding and very prompt of any one I have ever done business with. Especially the Clare area!
We have 35+ properties that Heintz serves, Marv and the whole crew are top notch. We have used National Propane companies in the past and you never knew what to expect from a driver OR if you were gonna get propane. Heintz have always been more than fair on price and their billing procedures work great for our tenants. We highly recommend Heintz to anyone.
