Dr Heintz is very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. Staff are well trained and welcoming. I actually look forward to visiting! Update 7/25: I genuinely look forward to my annual visit. Especially as a senior citizen, it is good to have a continuing relationship with such a competent vision care professional. We moved to the area and hadn’t found an optometrist yet but the rubber nose piece of my nephew’s glasses came off. I called and everyone was so nice. Told me to bring them in and they would see what they could do. The young lady (wish I would have gotten her name) who helped me was a gem. She replaced both rubber pieces and was absolutely one of the nicest people. I asked her how much I owed and she said, “no charge.
