Have worked with Heins Properties on numerous occasions. Always gets the deal to the finish line, and always answers my calls promptly! 10/10
I don't recommend doing business with this company. Unethical and dishonest. I occupied a unit at a building they recently purchased. The building was old and needed some maintenance that we did on our charge. when we decided to move out after the end of the contract they didn't want to return the deposit even though it was in a better situation then the way we got it 2 years back. Bad communication, lying and when I complained about that Anthony asked for pictures of years ago. Not the right people to do business with.
Received several calls from this organization from different individuals over a period of time (Anthony Hines and another individual). I have mentioned to them in the past, they have the wrong number. Yet they still continue to call and leave messages trying to get me to do business with them. I do not own any commercial property that they are inquiring about, but they keep pestering me. Does not respect the "Do Not Call" List and the TCPA.
