They are so very helpful. Before we sold our place we were in there just about every weekend buying something.
I had a lock on my newly purchased estate-sale desk drawer and no key to lock it. I was told by another hardware store that it probably would be around $100 to get a missing key made, but I got two for $15 at Heins!! And it didn't take long at all. I am so happy!!
