DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE – Do not rent from these people. They seem nice and upfront with their rental practices, however, they offset their seemingly low rents through pursuing tenants in small claims court. Search for "Heins Agency" or "Heins" with the Jackson County Circuit Court Clerk and see for yourself. They harassed a close friend of mine and from what I can gather from other tenants, they have been taking advantage of ignorant college students and the less fortunate for YEARS. RENTERS BEWARE!
