Excellent Service!! Every staff member from the receptionists to Dr. Heinrichs himself contribute in creating a positive environment. There are no hidden charges and they make sure that you are happy with the end result. I appreciate the attention to detail and the care provided. I would highly recommend their services!!
I was referred to Dr Heinrichs by my dentist after it was determined that my case was more complex than what my dentist office could offer for orthodontic treatment. I was sent for physio therapy on my jaw and after that, I was able to begin my orthodontic treatment. I had the option of Invisalign or braces, both of which would have the exact same outcome but because I have bruxism, Invisalign was recommended to help protect my teeth, and a mouth guard would not fit over braces. My daughter started treatment at Heinrich’s orthodontist when she was 12 and it was completed when she was 14. In terms of the medical staff and the quality of her treatment, I have nothing but good to say. She has a beautiful smile that she’s happy to show any opportunity she gets! Administratively and financially though, dealing with Heinrich’s was an absolute nightmare. Dr. Koob, a dentist working out of Centennial Dental Clinic, when writing up a referral for me to see Dr. Heinrichs, mentioned the following: 'On the way here (Martensville) you drive by numerous orthodontists, and yet I am sending you across town (to Stonebridge) because Dr. Heinrichs, as a specialist in his field, is not one of the best; he is the best.'
