Scott built our home 12 years ago. We couldn't be more satisfied. He did a great job.
Scott and Zach were such a pleasure to work with. Scott had awesome ideas, things we hadn't even considered. We knew upfront what our costs would be and could easily forsee any overages due to our choices. Everyone who worked on the house was considerate and respectful. The project was done on time and on budget. We love our finished basement and would highly encourage anyone looking into finishing a basement or doing any renovation to meet with Scott and team.
We are first time home builders....I had no idea what to expect when starting this process but Scott, Zach, and his team had a lot of patience with me from start to finish. They are very experienced and really do know what they are doing. Not only are they knowledgeable, but the are fun, hardworking, trustworthy and genuinely GREAT people. If I was to do it again, there would not be a doubt that I would choose Heinold Homes to be the ones to do it!
