I have used Heinmiller for 25 years. Their service is exceptional. They respond immediately to any problems. I have a maintenace contract with them and they keep my unit up to date and running. I even purchased a new unit from them which they installed. I would never to change to another company.
VERY SORRY!!!! My review was on "Bob Heinmillers" and NOT "Heinmillers Heating and Cooling" That is a different company I know nothing about - please remove my posts - my error!!!
I purchased an Amana/Goodman split Air Conditioning system and had it installed by Bob Heinmiller's 3 years ago. There were some minor installation issues I contacted them about after installation but received no reply. These weren't big deals so I simply let it slide. I had also purchased a yearly maintenance contract wherein they would come out twice a year and ensure the system was functioning within specs.
