Heiner roofing replaced my roof in fall of 2020. The roof looked great from a distance. It was after the first couple rains that I noticed a white line in my red mulch. This was from water leaking behind my gutters. Called Heiner and he stated gutters needed better anchors. Called again in the spring for the same thing and they were out to "fix" it. Called a 3rd time (fall 2022) about spongy roof and leaking again. Never fixed the leak and said spongy was due to roof truss spacing. 2024 Leaks continued and now my shed too, s... read more
We purchased a house with Heiner Roof from 2017 and it had a 10 year warranty. Mr. Heiner did honor the warranty and repaired a leak, an error from the original work; however, we had to pay to have the ceiling repainted from the leak. We sought him out for additional work (unrelated to his roof), he was inconsistent with his responses. Sometimes he would return a call and attend to a repair (chimney) and other times (roof vent), he lacked the courtesy to return a call, respond to a text, or show up.
Aaron and his team did a phenomenal job with the roof on our house. Previous owners had a subpar roofer put a roof on 14 years ago and they never put in a ridge vent among other installation mistakes. Aaron's team used only the best materials (I'm a contractor so I am particular on material choice) installing WeatherWatch and GAF lifetime shingles. The owner is a typical bum. Not a person of his word. said he would show up and never showed. Called and left a message and no return call. Run the other way!
