Dr. Heiner and the entire staff are amazing! We just started the whole braces process a few months ago with my 7-year old and it was very hard. She was very scared and worried, but the staff was so wonderful. They took good care of her and eased her fears!! I love going there. The thing that really impressed my husband and I was when Dr. Heiner himself, called my husband's cell phone around 8pm the day of our daughter's difficult appointment to make sure she was okay and to check on how she was feeling.
