I have not met one "crabby" person who works at this store. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Is it a little more expensive than other grocery stores in the area - yes. If you pay attention to the items they have on sale for the week or are searching for that food item you may not find in another grocery store - this is the place to go to.
Today, July 28, 2017. It was the 1st time I walked into Heinens on Mentor road. (WOW!) What a grocery store. Never thought I would get excited over a G. Store. Instantly I changed where I will be buying my groceries. Talk about O.C.D. in people...this store has it. You could actually preform surgery in the middle of the store without fear of any infection. LOL Great store & employees, & I might add there was a customer who stepped right up to tell me of his thoughts about the store. I thought I was the only one "OUTSPOKEN". ... read more
