First time here. Decided to put a mobile order in. Sat in line forever and didn’t even see the speaker box to put an order in so evidently I passed it. Got to the window and the guy made me go all the way back around and sit in line again instead of just handing me my mobile order. First and last time I ever go to heine bros
Store hours are listed 7a-7p on Sundays. Drove here at 7:11 today, no lights on, doors locked. Multiple cars having to turn around and leave. Solid way to keep business there.
Treated very poorly. Evenentually ask to leave because I commented about unswepted floors and dis-organized furniture and disorganized outside area. While employees stood behind counter and talked.
