It’s national coffee day & Lou Today Specifically mentioned Heine Bros, so we went. The 2 people working behind the counter actively IGNORED us for several minutes & right as I looked st my watch, the gentleman abruptly turned around to help us … almost like he saw. He was oddly canned “customer servicey” to the point of it feeling like he was clowning us, but maybe he had a hard day, who knows. Coffee is terrible and expensive. I poured mine out and settled for the hotel coffee I was initially avoiding.
Closes slightly early but nice spot.
Coffee and shop is clean and always a good spot to meet up. Service is hit or miss a sometimes very polite and friendly and others extremely rude and off putting. Also too much political atmosphere. Be a business with a product not a political statement.
