Just a quick Thank You to Heim's Auto Care...I've been going there for about 20 years now and had my car worked on yesterday and it was taken in when it was supposed to and done by the end of the day. I go there a few times a week for gas and have my oil changed and tires rotated there all the time. Had some other work done yesterday and as usual it was a very good experience. Thanks to everyone at Heim's for always having a smile on your face!
Unsatisfactory Service – If you would like to do business at Heim's plan on it taking longer than you expected or were informed. I made an appointment a week ahead of time to have my car brought in on a Wednesday to be checked over and if possible worked on. I know things don't always work out and emergencies come up but I hadn't heard from them be midday on Wednesday so I gave a call. This is a different kind of Wow than you might expect. This is "Wow" as in is this an auto care center even? Since when do auto care centers steal your car parts? In North Greenbush of all places? Or are we all of a sudden in a really bad area? Don't go there , it will save you time, money, and possibly your life.
