Purchased a home from sellers represented by Heim Realty. Found out the seller lied on the disclosure regarding water damage and Rich Heim assisted in the cover up since the home was his sister in law’s!!! Deceitful! Only AFTER closing did Heim admit in writing there was previous water damage from Sandy. Beware!!
