I moved into one of the houses they had for rent. I lost my income for a while and fell behind a month or two. They let me stay, I found a new job and caught up on rent. Not only that but Everytime I've had a maintenance issue they had someone out looking at it the day I put in the request or day after

When we first got our place it was supposed to be cleaned before we moved in. (Had a four year old and my wife was pregnant) It wasnt cleaned at all before we moved in because the Heilman's decided to go on Vacation instead. Dog fur plastered into the crevices of flooring and cabinets. Mud and dirt on the walls, and holes in the floor held up by a single piece of wood sitting under it (not fastened). Had a bad toilet seal that was leaking into our basement. It took 2 days before I could even talk to anyone about it because no one would answer the phone at the office and this girl named Jamie who was a manager wouldn't answer her cell phone or return my call. Took them a week to fix it. We put in a work order for our kitchen sink two days ago and no one has come to fix it. We have been without a sink since then.
