I had a very disappointing experience with this hairstylist (Alice). The highlights were done very poorly — there is a lot of banding and patchiness, with uneven tones throughout my hair. Parts of it turned brown, and the back even developed a pinkish tone, which is completely unacceptable. After just one month, my roots already look extremely uneven and blotchy. Fantastic staff, super friendly and knowledgeable. Able to colour correct, choose the right shades for my complexion, as well as the right cut for my face/personality. Very impressed with the level of professionalism, these are grown women with a lifetime of experience. Thank you Heike’s!
I see Kayla at Heike's for my roots and she's AWESOME but the salon is in disrepair and in need of some major TLC. There are patches on the walls which are painted mint green, chairs with holes in them in the reception area (!!) and wood floors that are worn out. Too bad... with a coat of white paint, some new shelves and a floor polish this could be a top notch salon. Others must feel the same. The poor condition of the interior is impossible to miss.
