I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Heiken and his team! I go in every 6 months for cleaning, and the dental hygienist is very thorough and friendly. Anytime I have to have dental work done, everything is explained before the work is started. I just started bringing my grandson in, his first experience at the dentist was a good one.
Dr. Heiken has been my only dentist since he began his practice many years ago. He and the entire office are the most professional, competent, empathetic, kind people you could ever hope to be around. They genuinely care about patient health and the work they perform. Over the years I have referred family members and friends to this dental office and I will continue to do so because that's the highest form of praise I can give!
I could never change my rating, but I do want to mention that in addition to Dr. Heiken being the literal best dentist I have ever had in my life, his staff is also just incredible. Jeff is a dream - always on top of your appts and the details! Gwen is so genuine and masterful with every cleaning. Our family is so lucky to have such professional and KIND people in our lives taking care of our health.
I have been to other dentists, where you never saw the dentist! This is a great team and you get personal attention and great care! You're in good hands here!!
