The staff and doctor at Heights Veterinary Clinic are great! My sister found a dog that was tagged to the clinic. They have been assisting us in locating the owner. In the meantime, we are taking care of some basic needs for the dog. I feel like the staff is in partnership with my sister and me. We are all working toward the best for our canine friend.
The staff was all very helpful and took their time in giving my pet her checkup
I have been coming to heights vet.for 15 plus years..Dr. Williams was awsome..he retired..Dr Hendrix was great..he is now gone to Cypress..I love the vet techs..and Maggie at the front desk..I don't know anyone else anymore. .not near the same caring atmosphere I use to see..plus now the minimum wait is 2 plus hours. .will have to start looking
Great atmosphere and great vets. They have great knowledge of what they do and they help you with all your questions and always have the right answer. And the nurses are helpful as well.
Sissy was rocketed over the Rainbow Bridge this morning and Dr. Hendrix and Mark couldn't have been any more compassionate and caring about the experience. They explained the entire procedure and possibilities, and they both even got on the floor for the procedure as she was a beautiful, 11 year old extra large rottie. We were given space and time afterwards. Thank you ♡♡
