Rented from them for over a year gave them absolutely no issues. Even left brand new furniture (with their consent). Left every place 10x cleaner than I received it and never left a single damage. One of the properties had a worm problem and rodent issue I wasn’t aware of until I heard from local neighbors. I called them many times looking for answers about my deposit.
