Judging from FB and other reviews, I dodged a bullet by NOT moving here. Great location and mediocre community but the office staff has HORRIBLE communication. Virtual tour went well but leasing Rep was barely 3 weeks in and did not know what she was doing. Too many contradictions and then her counterpart attempted to help; which was an EPIC FAIL. Love it here! We have been living in the Heights of Benbrook for a little over 3 years and truly love our community. Everything is clean and well kept. If there is any issue inside the apartment it gets taken care of quickly. The staff are kind and polite.

fantastic place to live in. Great ppl in office, best maintenance I've ever had in an apartment. I love to walk my dog on the grounds. You gotta see and meet them to appreciate it!

Great Deals! went in to tour property and the staff was very friendly. They had a special going and i actually got $1000 off my rent!! apartment fit my needs and was in my price range. cant wait to move in!
