I stopped by after coming from the dentist, since it wasn't too far. Love the quiet homey atmosphere, I asked for recommendations and got the banana nut shake with peanut butter. It was DELICIOUS and I definitely will be back! Can't wait for my next shake!

We stopped in after a bike ride in the neighborhood and had the banana nut protein shake, it was DELICIOUS! We met the owners and they couldn’t have been lovelier. We will be definitely be back!
Locally owned and operated! These people are passionate about what they do and are truly trying to get healthier products out. I ended up getting an energy tea, and he answered all my question about what’s inside. I told him I was trying to get off sugar and he assured me it was sweetened with stevia. Tasted great and was refreshing. Can’t speak for any other items but I wouldn’t be afraid to try them!
