I stopped by after coming from the dentist, since it wasn't too far. Love the quiet homey atmosphere, I asked for recommendations and got the banana nut shake with peanut butter. It was DELICIOUS and I definitely will be back! Can't wait for my next shake!

Went here for the first time and it is fantastic! Kristy the owner is extremely kind and has fantastic service. They also load every protein shake up with multiple scoops of protein unlike other smoothie shops. They taste great too! Will definitely come back and highly recommend!

Locally owned and operated! These people are passionate about what they do and are truly trying to get healthier products out. I ended up getting an energy tea, and he answered all my question about what’s inside. I told him I was trying to get off sugar and he assured me it was sweetened with stevia. Tasted great and was refreshing. Can’t speak for any other items but I wouldn’t be afraid to try them!

Great little neighborhood place. Got mint chocolate chip protein shake. My 2 year old likes it too! Good flavor, size and price. Will definitely be back to support our local businesses.
