This place is terrible! Rooms are dirty place is sketchy! The cleaning staff dosnt seem to know how to do there job and poorly managed any one looking to stay in the heights area I suggest you look somewhere els!
Not a good place to stay, we had rode all day and ready for rest. Fair was going on when we were there so not too much to choose from especially when you're tired. Rooms were dirty, a couple walking past all the rooms trying to look in even the ones the curtains were closed, we had our 4 bikes chained up together do to a couple guys walking around and through them,there was suspicious activity going on in the parking lot, which is next door to a small casino. Won't stop there again
We stay there all the time now instead of the westend hotel we used to stay at. Rooms are smaller then the 4 star hotel but still plenty of room to put a double sized air mattress on floor and walk around it and extremely clean. Beds are sooo comfortable and they have really nice memory foam pillows. Staff is always friendly and nice. Complimentary breakfast includes biscuits and gravy that are to die for and you can make your own waffles. Rates are reasonable and includes breakfast so it is a great deal. Great for bikers. Park outside your room. Rooms small buy good enough and the folks are friendly. Price is definitely right.
