I dont often leave reviews, let alone negative ones. Ive worked with a few loan places, most of which were great experiences. My experience has definitely been unfortunate here. The very first phone call I gave a few months prior went well, very kind, very polite. After the first in person meeting, it was immediately different. Im unsure why staff is always so upset or hostile when speaking on the phone, or just downright passive aggressive and judgemental.
