So happy and impressed with how nice and friendly Annabel and Dr Price was in my appointment. Great Staff
Dr Carol Price is great, but her front desk team it is not! When I first called to make an appointment I asked if they would take the insurance and they said yes; they even took all the information on the phone. When I arrived for my appointment, before it, I asked again and they said the procedure was covered by my insurance. Then after the procedure the front desk staff said: “oh you did it with a premier provider; so you can’t use your insurance” so I had to pay 100% over the pocket unexpectedly. Hands down, one of the best dentists I’ve been to in a long time. Dr. Price is incredibly personable and makes you feel comfortable right away. She truly listens to your concerns and creates such a calm, reassuring environment. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!
