I had been a patient of Dr. Pierce for years and have no complaint about her. This review is about a visit with an associate in the practice, Dr. Kwee, and about how it was documented. I came in with sensitivity in an upper right molar. Dr. Kwee recommended a root canal and crown and referred me to an endodontist. When I requested my records, the note from the visit recorded percussion testing and cold testing findings. Neither test was performed on me. No tooth was tapped and no cold stimulus was applied. Great work and people! They make everything easy and are very friendly. I love Heights Family Dentistry because they don’t make you feel like you feel like you have to get extra work done that’s not needed. Highly recommend!
I've been coming here for a few years now after visiting Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons of Houston (OMSH). I originally went there to get a consult based on a prognosis from my prior dentist. I honestly felt like that practice was trying to rip me off every time I went in there based on my insurance. OMSH recommended that I go to Heights Family Dentistry instead. I had my teeth cleaned today. The hygienist was wonderful. Very professional and explained every part of treatment.
We love Heights Family Dentistry. The staff is friendly and they do a wonderful job. Compared to previous dentist offices it’s a very patient centered experience.
