The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The dental hygienist made me feel comfortable and answered any questions that I had. Dr. Gaines is very skilled, has excellent bedside manner, and a positive disposition. I highly recommend Heights Family and Cosmetic Dentistry.
Everything is great with the Heights Family and Cosmetic Dentistry office. Dr. Gaines is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He always takes the time and makes sure that you understand every aspect of your dental care. Addy is a great Hygienist. She is always very thorough and attentive. At the front desk, Penny is always exceptional and answers any questions and explains all of your obligations with no surprises. This is a great place for your dental care!
What a find ! First visit - felt right at home . Sweet staff - Penny is most capable re check in , forms, etc. Addie gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had ! Then Dr Gaines came by to inspect -so friendly , and very thorough to check for oral cancers and any potential issues . I would highly recommend this fine establishment for your oral healthcare ! They actually manage to make dental visits enjoyable , and that takes talent and hard work !
