Just left Dr. Gaines who did my temporary crown and he and Taylor did great. Both let me know what was going to happen next so the whole procedure was as comfortable as it could be. This was my first time to have Dr. Gaines work on my mouth. My cleanings have always gone great so I was happy to feel really relaxed and satisfied with the pre- crown work. Will see him in 2 weeks for my permanent crown with the expectation that it will go just as smoothly as this morning.
Amazing team! The office is welcoming and very well run, and everyone is genuinely friendly. Dr. Gaines takes the time to explain things and makes you feel comfortable the entire visit. So glad to have found this practice.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The dental hygienist made me feel comfortable and answered any questions that I had. Dr. Gaines is very skilled, has excellent bedside manner, and a positive disposition. I highly recommend Heights Family and Cosmetic Dentistry.
