I signed my daughter up for behind the wheel classes after she had completed her online training through another school she found online. At that time it was a difficult to schedule her for any sessions however I had done a lot of research prior to choosing this school and know firsthand that every school around us as far out as Solon and Twinsburg are all having the same issue since covid hit. This is the absolute worst business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I was very frustrated from the beginning because I was given different directions from different people. I work in tech so I am familiar with using a computer and I was given the runaround with several different people I talked to on how to get my son signed up. I am an adult driver and I took 4 2-hour driving lessons with 3 different instructors. Instructor 1 asked me about personal issues that are none of his/her business. An acquaintance who had the same instructor said that he/she was trash-picking DURING the lesson. The car smelled bad and was very dirty; it seemed like the instructor was using it as his/her personal vehicle. This instructor also insulted me repeatedly and implied that I'm stupid. Horrible. Waste of money. They talk about others to students that have nothing to do with them.
