This was not at all a good experience. I am a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist current CNA on weekends helping with the elderly for 20 years while working full time dx imaging ordering pain inj. My husband who was the pt going in to get the skin biopsy for skin cancer. We waited 1hr to be seen by the FNP and than additional 30 minutes for the MA to tell us if there was out of pocket cost for the biopsy. BLOOD ON THE WALLS! UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND! I was referred here by my primary care physician. I had a terrible experience at heights dermatology at this location on 9/10/2024 at 3:50pm. I would never recommend or wish the experience I had there on anyone. I was seen in exam room 2 which had dried blood splatter on the right wall as you enter the room. The assistant who treated me was short with her words and rude to me. Clearly not caring or having pride in her job. Then when the procedure to remove my cyst too... read more
