I dont even get how this clinic has low stars, I've never had to wait long for my appointment. My dermatologists is so sweet and amazing, she answers all of my questions and checks any areas of my body I have issues with and tests any moles that may look off. They stay on top of getting my Dupixent refilled which is so important to me to keep me from having bad eczema break-outs. First appointment with PA Ada and from the phone call to the office To walking into location wonderful experience the beautiful ladies behind the desk the medical assistants and PA Ada WOW 🤩 very friendly and welcoming they listen attentively not rushing and definitely make you feel prioritized I will definitely be choosing this location from this day forward for my dermatology needs 🩷
I’ve been a patient of Heights Dermatology for over 10 yrs now. I’ve been seen at the Willowbrook and the new Tomball office for my skin care concerns & needs. Just recently I scheduled my appointment at the Woodlands office. Stephanie & Cherry were very polite and professional , Dr Ada is very attentive & gentle. From the moment you walk in, it feels more like a Family Practice where everybody works together. Thank you for making my experience enjoyable. See you soon.
Absolutely horrible customer service I have reached out for 5 days now leaving messages on their voicemail and texts trying to cancel my appointment and not once have they reached back out like they’re supposed to and passed appointments I’ve been billed an extra 100 after even though they’ve done nothing
My first visit yesterday was all I needed to experience to confirm I would never return. They completely misrepresent their practice which to me is fraud! You will not see a doctor just a PA … not for me! Waited well over an hour to learn that 3 patients in a room before I would even get in a room!! I walked out and will not return. Been in healthcare all my professional career and here to say that patients deserve respect for their time and dignity! Keep looking for your match.
