Dr. Desai is wonderful. His staff has always been pleasant and very professional.
My first visit was at the woodlands location and went smoothly but as soon as I got transferred to tomball its been one thing after another. Ive only gotten 1 of my 3 prescriptions filled thus far,coming from 2 different pharmacies.the face wash they prescribed me is discontinued. What a fiasco. This is the last thing I need to add to my list of things to deal with. Having to call pharmacies and Dr's offices where no one ever answers. Wait months for prescriptions that r impossible to locate.. go somewhere else save yourself... read more
There was a little bit of a wait but the staff were all really pleasant. I had 5 moles and a cyst removed. The nurse made sure I didn’t feel anything. They were all truly professional.
I had a fantastic experience at Heights Dermatology today. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with professionalism, respect, and genuine care. The staff took the time to listen, addressed my concerns thoroughly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Alpesh Desai and Dr. Tejas Desai are wonderful. We have always gotten excellent care from them. Their staff is amazing. Kathy, is always there for us when we need help, as well as Trina! I would have given this a 5 rating but have had numerous issues getting past call center.
