Excellent experience with Dr. Alpesh Desai & Associates at Heights Dermatology at their Texas City, Tx location! The staff is attentive, personable, and knowledgeable, making my visit for a potential skin cancer removal comfortable and reassuring. And, took extra time to diagnose my grandsons rash. Great service and outstanding care—I highly recommend them! Houston & Texas City offices plus 29 locations around the USA.
Showed up for an 8:10AM appointment on a Wednesday (Hours 8:00AM-5:00PM) and nobody was there. Office door locked (knocked several times, waited 20 mins). Called the office number and was told that they could not help me, they weren’t sure why nobody was there and the system was down and could not even pull up appointments or reschedule for me. All of this was after a 2:00PM text message confirmation the day prior. Very unprofessional from the initial appointment up until the no show. DO NOT recommend.

Can’t get a damned thing right. First scheduled appointment was canceled the day of, waited 2 months for another and when I got there they realized the insurance number provided on my referral was wrong… another wasted trip. ( The receptionist was very nice though, not that it helped)
