They told me they'd stich up a small tear in my hoodie and to come back the next day. 2 days in a row they tell me it's not ready 🤷♂️ waste of time. They could barely find the hoodie when I went in for it anyway. I ended up taking it so I can go somewhere else for a repair.
They’re ok if you need easy things dry cleaned (ie dress shirts, pants, etc) but DO NOT get anything nice dry cleaned here. They have ruined about 10 of my more expensive sweaters. Shame on me for giving them a second chance after they ruined 8 of my sweaters last year. It’s like they just machine laundered my dry clean only sweaters then stretched and pressed them back into shape (because all the sweaters smell very strongly of detergent). Took a few dress shirts to this cleaner for wash and hanger. One of the shirts came back with white powder on the collar, the staff didn’t even bother addressing the issues. And that’s the second time this happened in 3 months. There are countless cleaners nearby and i won’t be coming back here.
Ask to pick up Saturday at 5pm today, got there at 4:45pm and they were closed and will not be open until monday. I need my clothes before then. No one will answer the number either.
