Nirju has the most gentle and effective touch, and such a way with thread! I am always amazed at how perfectly she shapes my eyebrows and cleans up my peach fuzz, even when I haven't been diligent at coming in on a regular schedule. I am grateful to have found delightful Nirju!
I arrived on time for my 1:30 appointment. She was running late with the previous client. Completely understandable. While I was waiting the 1:45 client arrived. When she finished with the first client, she took the 1:45 client before me. I informed her that my appointment was for 1:30, but she didn’t seem to care. So I left. Really unprofessional.
I did not know it was appointment only but she was kind enough to fit me in! I was nervous to try somewhere new in Houston because of prices but it was $15! She did great job & followed my natural shape. She was also super kind :) Update: Went again the other day and great service again! Threading can be painful for me but she is gentle and knows what she is doing!
