I love living here! I’ve been a resident for 2.5 years and it’s always been a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the complex is clean & quiet, and maintenance always fixes things in a timely manner. I’ve never had any issues! Great pool area and I like the on demand workouts. Location is the best, too!

I have lived here for a year and half . I renewed my lease not only because it's a beautiful place to live . It's quiet and friendly ! The leasing office staff is OUTSTANDING. Always available for assistance, especially the property manager Shannon Doyle . She without hesitation attends to any needs you have with care . Shannon and her team make your time there smooth . I recommend living here over anywhere in dunwoody!

I lived at The Heights for two years and it was a wonderful place to live. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. If I had any sort of maintenance need it was attended to right away. Truly a great community!
