The hot water thermostat was re-set however we were told we need a new one. No one has contacted us about the replacement.
Since this new company took over, these apts are OVER PRICED! My rent has went from $1070.00 to $1355.00! Absurd! I've been living here for 8 years and I have never seen so many vacancies since Venture took over. Not to mention apts are VERY outdated for the amountthey want. My refrigerator had to be replaced they replaced it with a smaller refrigerator ( I'm taller then the refrigerator) and the manager had the nerve to tell me it's the same size as the one I had before.
