The land ladies are always excellent. Neighbors are USUALLY excellent as well.
Over all a wonderful place to live! A little on the pricey side but a nice area, nice staff, and nice apartments. My only complaints are that my bathroom and bedroom doors aren't aligned with the holes so they don't properly shut and I wish that their resident portal had notifications. I accidentally underpaid and didn't notice until I had a bunch of fees that piled up. I don't blame them but just wished I had been notified as I simply didnt notice I put the number in wrong. Edit: The doors were quickly fixed!

We have lived here for 7(?) years and we love it. If we need to call maintenance, they are there quickly. They do a good job. Look forward to spending another several years here! Ladies in the office are very friendly……
