Rent is to high the neighborhood is nice and all but it needs some renovation. New windows air comes in like crazy. You can just sit there and look at your curtains moving when it's windy outside utility bills are sky high Walls are thin
We have been here a little over a year and love it! The staff is wonderful and friendly always quick to respond! This is a true gem in the Dotte! 🤍
Don’t waste your time or money on this place. All they will do is charge you for everything in the apartment after you move out. They tried charging us for the dishwasher, but as an Asian household, we never use the dishwashe. They also SENT AN EMAIL telling the new apartment we now live in saying stuff about us which is so unprofessional and I am not happy about it at all. And yes we learned our lesson we should’ve read the comments before moving in period
