I have been living here for a little over a year now, and have had very few issues during my time here, especially with the arrival of the new property manager. Parking in the back is limited, although is rarely an issue, electricity has the occasional issue, but nothing long-lasting. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues, and rent is reasonable for the neighborhood and included amenities. allan Pearlman is a nasty thief so is his partner Stephen who lives here and leases the apartments and some girl leah stay away im warning you do not rent from any of his buildings
