In our 10 years living here at The Heights, my husband and I are both in agreement with our satisfaction in our building management and maintenance. This has been the case since the day that Suzanna, the manager, and Ralph, maintenance, have been in their positions. When there are any issues, of any kind, we either post on the portal or call and we know that whatever it may be, will be quickly addressed and resolved. We feel respected, safe and comfortable.
