Our team is made up of Eric and Kate Heidrich, husband and wife duo. We originally joined the Air Force and got stationed here at Ellsworth AFB. We both served for 6 years and during that time, we fell in love with Rapid City and the surrounding area. We understand what makes our community and the people who call it home so special. Definitely 11 out of 10 stars. Molly was an amazing realtor and her team managed to get my house under contract before there was even a For-Sale sign in the yard. They also were able to get me into a temporary rental too, while I awaited a military move out of state. I don’t recommend Shannon Brinker though, their temp rental landlady…she’s the worst human being I’ve ever done business with… But I don’t hold that against the Heidrich Real Estate Team, they are the best in South Dakota.
Kate and the entire team were amazing to work with! So helpful with both the selling of our old house and purchase of a new home. Kate went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied!
We highly recommend the Heidrich team when you’re thinking about buying or selling your house. We used them to sell our house and they went above and beyond for us. The Heidrich team made the stressful process of selling our home as easy and painless as possible. No matter the bumps in the road that inevitably occurred, they walked us through it all and eased our minds. They directed us in a way that would give us the best offer for our home and financial return.
Great team who truly has their clients best interest first. They are timely when we requested to view properties and even have back up personnel to ensure you get a viewing when your agent may be unavailable. We switched to them from a different company and we are glad we did.
