I've been going to Dr Heidi for over 20 years and won't trust my face to anybody else. The staff is super friendly and supportive, the office is spotless and a pretty and relaxing environment. She has a great bed side manner and patiently and thoroughly answers questions I have even if they're based on nonsense from the internet. Good at what she does. Not the only game in town. All she cares about is money. They basically steal it. Her nursing staff are very good. Office staff are condescending and uninformed. After being a loyal customer for years, left due to the way I was treated and spoken to by Barbara the office manager. Don’t pay a 250 consultation fee to see her. She doesn’t deduct it off any service you may decide to get. How full of yourself can you be?
Dr. Waldorf has left me with permanent unsightly lower lid defects due to injections and has suggested I see a plastic surgeon to correct her wrong . I have learned, unfortunately, not much can be done to repair the damage she caused. I am shattered beyond belief.
Want $250 just to walk in the door. Seems crazy to me
Dr. Waldorf is amazing. She has been injecting my face with fillers for many years and my experience with her has been consistently wonderful. Anyone can take filler and inject in your face; what sets Dr. Waldorf apart from the others is that she has an aesthetic approach and refined skills that allow her to create a youthful, beautiful look.
