Very disappointing! Communication and follow-thru are paramount necessities when dealing with a Realtor. Sadly, my experience with Heidi Spellman Realty found these skills sorely lacking. I was asked to leave a "blank check" for a deposit and that it wouldn't be cashed and a copy of the check would be mailed. You can guess the outcome.....

Real estate involves aggressive sales techniques, but Heidi Spellman and her Associate Randi Sternberg Hersh, in our experience with them, were less than forthright and made misrepresentations that induced us to spend money on a deal that could not be consummated. Essentially, Ms. Spellman and Ms. Sternberg Hersh assured us that a prior accepted offer had been null and void and that the seller of the home had accepted our offer.
