I'm changing my review from a 5-star service to 2 stars. I feel bad breaking this streak of 5-star reviews for Avery, but I just couldn't stay silent. I've been Avery's client for about half a year and have visited her 6 times, and she got my hair root regrowth wrong every other time! It should've been a red flag the first time it happened, but I kept going back. Today I went in to see German for a consultation, but he had an opening and was able to fix my hair the same day. I came in with a bad bleach job and I genuinely thought my hair was beyond repair. He completely transformed my hair and blended everything beautifully. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back for touch ups. Also, everyone there was super kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place!
