Horrible customer service I hired Heidi's for my wedding reception in April. This company fell very short of my expectations and I would not recommend them to anyone. I thought a well established company in the Phoenix area would be more professional and knowledgeable, but this was not the case. The perfect choice! Wedding this past April for approx 100 people- meals were plated- different colored ribbon in the wedding colors, tied to place card designated meal choice ( made it much easier according for the servers ) passed appetizers and grazing station--- All meal choices were delicious, the presentations beautiful, and the staff attentive and professional which led to so many of the guests taking a moment to comment on the fabulous food and staff.. Awesome catering company We had a company party for our clients last night - you did an amazing job! Chef Adam was engaging, fun and demonstrated some great cooking ideas!!! This was the best client event we have ever had!!!!
I must say that ALL of my guests loved the food Heidi's served at my wedding. One of my aunts (who is known for dieting and eating tiny amounts of food) went for seconds and filled her plate! They made sure that my husband and I got enough food and that we had anything we needed throughout the night. The staff were very friendly and they tried to make sure that those with special diets got their fill, as well. It was amazing to see them in action and to realize the level of detail that goes into an event for 200+ guests. wedding Our daughter just got married this June. We had Heidi's Events do our wedding. We could not have been happier. Heidi and her staff were so nice to work with. She gave us suggestions and options we did not think of with the food, decorations and even our own little diy projects.
