I saw Heidi after an ER visit. She gave me pain meds that did not help my severe pain. When I told her, a week later, that it wasn't helping she just told me to go to the spine specialist. I told her I couldn't get into that doctor till after an MRI but she just kept telling me to go to the spine doctor. Then after waiting a month (in pain) for the MRI the insurance denied the test because Heidi did not add the information (in the paperwork/MRI order) that I had already been going to physical therapy for months.
