Very caring, friendly and explained in detail what was taking place.
Dr. Ray is an incredible Neurologist that really takes the time to get to know her patients, understand their concerns, health history, and goals, give actionable plans and various treatment options, and is just a joy to work with. I've seen several Neurologists throughout the years with Kaiser and Dr. Ray is by far my favorite. I couldn't recommend her and her team more!
She is the best. She listens, collaborates, ans educates her patients. She is great at respectfully responding to questions or concerns. And she is great at giving me my shots every three months. She is so awesome I followed her from the Kaiser Lafayette to Kaiser in Lone Tree office.
Dr Ray is a good listener. She always wants to fix or alleviate a problem rather than ignore it or do nothing. She always gives me a science based explanation or factoid on every visit (my request). She is friendly, personable, and treats me like a person she knows & cares about, rather than one of hundreds of her patients.
