Heidi made the whole process a good experience - with her ideas, suggestions and reassurance. She also has an excellent team that guides you through each step of the process from the photo shoot through closing. We are over the moon the new owner is so happy with the unit and amenities that Heidi highlighted so well for us.
We wanted a realtor who was very familiar with the Federal Way area, and who could help us to get our house ready for sale and get us the most for the sale. We moved out of state just as the house was listed. Heidi was great at giving us updates, and advice as we went through the for-sale time. After we got a good offer, Heidi helped us with all the details necessary to get it to closing. We were very pleased with the services she provided and with her agency. We recommend her highly.
Heidi made the homebuying process incredibly smooth and easy! She's easy to work with, very flexible, and completely knowledgeable about anything real estate related. I never felt pressured nor rushed when it came to choosing a home even though I was pretty picky.
