I am a patient of Dr. Lais. She is my primary care provider and when I saw her for a physical last year, I did appreciate her thoroughness and ability to listen and was ready to keep her on as my primary doctor. However, today, I made an appointment to see her physician assistant bc I had tested for covid. I was about 8 minutes late to the appointment. The office is clean. The staff at check in & out are very friendly. Dr Heidi Lai is great. She is kind, friendly & professional. Dr Lai is very thorough and will take as much time needed to answer any questions I have. I never feel rushed during the visit. I highly recommend this practice.
Doctor Lai is the absolute best I have ever experienced. Sadly she left my area but whomever is fortunate enough to have her has the most competent, thorough and personable doctor ever 💛
Very thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. I will come back to her. My husband is also a patient of hers.
