Dr. Lai is a wonderful doctor. She takes the time to listen to you and provides quality care.
Dr. Heidi Lai is great. The best bedside manner and professionalism I've ever had.
I am a patient of Dr. Lais. She is my primary care provider and when I saw her for a physical last year, I did appreciate her thoroughness and ability to listen and was ready to keep her on as my primary doctor. However, today, I made an appointment to see her physician assistant bc I had tested for covid. I was about 8 minutes late to the appointment. Upon arrival, the front desk said the PA couldn't see me because I was late. This seemed ridiculous to me as I was only 8 minutes late. But, what is really bad is that I came ... read more
The office is clean. The staff at check in & out are very friendly. Dr Heidi Lai is great. She is kind, friendly & professional. Dr Lai is very thorough and will take as much time needed to answer any questions I have. I never feel rushed during the visit. I highly recommend this practice.
